Cast: Sundeep Kishan, Hansika Motwani, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Saptagiri, Murli Sharma, Vennela Kishore
Director: G.Nageswara Reddy.
Story:
Tenali (Sundeep Kishan) is a small-time lawyer who makes his living, compromising the two opposite parties who come to him. He always struggles to get cases and one day, he challenges with a famous and senior-most lawyer. To prove himself he needs to take up a big case. Suddenly, he gets a case where he has to save a popular industrialist Vara Lakshmi (Varalakshmi Sarathkumar). Further part of the movie shows how Tenali manages to solve his problems.
Review:
Sundeep Kishan did well. He has managed to pull out some good jokes (not all) easily. Hansika’s performance is just okay. Varalakshmi Sarathkumar has made a good debut with the film. The twist in the film is predictable. A hero loving heroine and challenging her father and then that father asking him to prove himself by giving him some tests to pass is a very routine story. And here, people might get bored. There are many comedy scenes. Unfortunately, only a few of them have worked out. The movie has no serious storyline but there is no need to blame the director for this, as it is revealed in the trailer that this movie is more of comedy. Murali sharma and others are okay in their roles. The direction is just about okay while production values are impressive. Camera work is top-notch and editing could have been much better. The songs were good.
What’s Good?

What’s Okay?

Verdict: On the whole, Tenali Ramakrishna BA BL is just for a few comedy scenes. Keeping your expectations in check, you can watch this film with your family.
