Shraddha Srinath Is Not A Heroine!
Actress Shraddha Srinath is very picky in choosing her films. She doesn’t sign for the film where her role has no significance. The beauty impressed the audience with the films U Turn, Jersey, Vikram Vedha, and Neerkonda Paarvai. Recently, she revealed many interesting things in an interview and a few things are really bold and straightforward.
“The film journey is rewarding but there are many doubts and questions. I always think if I am doing right or choosing the right roles. Also, I question myself why I am being picky and should I sign more commercial movies. And then I answer myself that I came from the theatre and I hold dignity which makes me choose the roles that suit me,” she said.
“I am here for the long run. So, I must think and take right decisions. I am here to act. I am not a heroine. I came here because of my talent,” she added. Speaking about her recent OTT release ‘Krishna and his Leela’, Shraddha said that she loves her role in the film. “Ravi told me I am a girl of freedom and a practical girl who thinks there is more life than love. I am convinced with it,” she said.
Speaking about OTT releases, Shraddha said, “I feel sorry that OTT releases are not receiving a positive response. But Krishna and his Leela have set a sort of tone. This helps other films to get a good response too,” she added. Recently, Keerthy Suresh’s Penguin has released on OTT but didn’t gain the expected response.
