Palasa 1978 Gets A Certificate!
It is very rare for Tollywood films to get ‘A’ certificate as they usually go with U/A or U certificate films. But here is a realistic crime drama Palasa 1978 that got an 'A' certificate. It is not for intense romance, but the censor board has given ‘A’ certificate for its violence. But there is no escape for the makers as they want to show the real story that happened in the place!
The movie’s animated book and official teaser were released some time ago and got an overwhelming response. It’s not just common people and movie people who praised the makers, but everyone who watched them! The creativity of the makers and actors’ natural performance is impressive. If we observe the teaser, the camera work and editing are too good.
The film is about a guy and a girl of different castes falling in love with each other. How the parents of the girl separate them and what kind of cruelty they show up on the guy will be the focal point. Raghu Kunche, who is the music composer of this film, is playing a negative role in the film. He will be seen as a don in this movie and this is for the first time he is playing such a role.
Raghu will be seen in four stages - from the ages 30 to 70, starting from 1978 to 2018. Also, this man had put on 9 kgs for the role! Rakshit Atluri and Nakshatra are playing leads. Karuna Kumar has written and directed the film, while Dhyan Atluri produced it. Thammareddy Bharadwaj is the presenter.
