Mahesh Babu's Movie Theatrical Rights Sold Leading the Race with Allu Arjun's ALVP
Tollywood superstars Mahesh Babu and Arjun Allu are both set for the battle at the box office with their upcoming movies 'Sarileru Neekevvaru' and 'Ala Vaikunthapuramlo’ scheduled to release on Sankranti 2020 surprisingly on the same day. Fans have already been very snoopy to know which movie will make a big mark at the box office this season.
Although both the teams are busy with their promotional strategies, Mahesh Babu starrer Sarileru Neekevvaru is ahead in the queue after selling its theatrical rights for all the regions except Karnataka whereas Ala Vaikunthapuramlo have been reported to be slow in its pace leaving it to lag behind despite its promotions with its song ‘Ramuloo Ramulaa’ which was released two weeks earlier.
If the gossips and rumors on social media are to be believed then Sarileru Neekevvaru is all done with promotional work after selling its theatrical rights for the under mentioned regions except Karnataka.

As far as Ala Vaikunthapuramlo is concerned, it hasn't been able to entice the interest of the distributors so far and there are no reports of its theatrical rights getting sold.
One reason coming out for all this is the success and failure of the past few films of the superstars. For Mahesh babu, 'Maharshi' and 'Bharath Ane Nenu’ were huge hits at the big screen that is believed to pave the way for Sarileru Neekevvaru Theatrical rights getting sold much earlier. On the other side, Allu Arjun's previous film ‘Naa Peru Surya NaaIllu India’ couldn’t meet the expectations of its fans and had to face a downslope and might be a reason why Ala Vaikunthapuramlo is not able to attract the attention of the distributors.
Some rumors are also flashing about some issues with the sales of theatrical rights of Ala Vaikunthapuramlo due to which distributors are not willing to take the film.
