Supreme Court Witnessed Rahul’s Regret
Rahul Gandhi expressed his regret over the incorrect remarks he passed over the top court while the court was giving verdict over the Rafale case. The Congress president on Monday regretted in Supreme Court for the remarks.
A sitting Lok Sabha MP, BJP leader Meenakshi Lekhi from New Dheli constitution had moved to the court stating that Rahul Gandhi has passed personal remarks to the top court and tried to create a disbenefit.
However, Gandhi in his affidavit stated that the comments were made in the heat of the election campaign also added that the statements made by him were relying upon the social media and electronic version and reports of the party workers and activists of the party.
The court had not under any case stated that Chowkidar Narendra Modi Chor hey, Rahul Gandhi commented after the court decision that he is happy that the court is going to investigate on how Air Force money was given to Anil Ambani.
However, the court had not uttered those words and had asked Rahul Gandhi to the explanation for his statement.
