AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu Want Ballot Paper System in Upcoming General Elections
TDP chief and AP chief minister Chandrababu demanded that the EVMs to be canceled. Demanded to go to the ballet in the elections.
In a recent video that went viral, an Aam Aadmi Party MLA in the Delhi Assembly gave a live demonstration of EVM tampering and the way any party will manipulate the EVM and make any of the options voted for count as the vote for its own party. Highlighting this issue, there has been a discussion among many political leaders concerning EVM tampering and why we want to modify back to the normal ballot paper voting system.
We will fight with all parties on this issue. Chandrababu recalled that he was opposing the EVMs since we are in opposition side and demanded that elections be conducted with ballot papers. There are issues in all states. He aforementioned that we had been fighting in the past once we got the PVs.
Most recently, AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu is that the one who stated this issue and highlighted that there might have been chances of EVM tampering in the recently ended Telangana elections. Stating that even the United States and other developed countries still follow the normal Ballot Paper voting system, he urged Indian government to modify back to that from EVMs.
