Senior Singer Donates His House For A Noble Cause
One of the Musical legends in the Film industry and a Guinness World Record holder for singing, who sung almost over 40,000 songs in 16 different Indian languages, can you guess the Singer? He is none other than Padma Bhushan S P Balasubramaniam.

Going into further details, though SP Balasubramaniam is currently settled in Chennai, he also owns a very old ancestral home in Thipparajuvari Street, Nellore, and now he has donated this property to the Kanchi Peetha to establish and maintain a Veda school there.
On Tuesday night, at his home, he presented it to Sri Jagadguru Shankara Vijayendra Saraswathi Sankaracharya Swamy, the Kanchi Vice-President. According to them, the school will be named after SPB’s father's name.
Speaking on the occasion, S P Balasubramaniam garu said, "Our father was a devotee of Saivism and he had a great devotion. He is not here with us, but I always feel he will be here in this school hereafter."
It is said that the singer got many offers to sell this costliest property for some hefty amounts, but he did not yield and came forward to donate the place for a great cause. This gesture from the senior singer is now being appreciated by people all over.
