Kousalya Krishnamurthy Release Date Confirmed!

Sports-based drama Kousalya Krishnamurthy finally got a release date. The movie is going to be released on August 23^rd. With this film, actress Aishwarya Rajesh is making her debut in Telugu. Till now, Aishwarya has acted in several Tamil films and got good fame. Even before her debut film released in Telugu, she got more offers from Tollywood producers. So, she is going to be seen in another two Telugu films – MisMatch and Break Up.

In Kousalya Krishnamurthy, Aishwarya will be seen as a village girl who is passionate about cricket. She will be seen struggling to make her mark in the Indian national team, despite being born in a farmer’s family in a village. Sivakarthikeyan will be seen as the male lead while Rajendra Prasad, Jhansi and Vennela Kishore played crucial roles. This film is a remake of the 2018 Tamil film Kanaa.

After seeing the trailer of Kanaa, the presenter of the film, K. S. Rama Rao decided to remake the film in Telugu and did it. Bhimaneni Srinivasa Rao directed the film while K A Vallabha produced it. Dhibu Ninan Thomas composed the tunes while Ayananka Bose handling cinematography. Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao edited the film. The teaser of the film got a good response and gained millions of views on YouTube.

Aishwarya Rajesh is the daughter of a popular Telugu actor Rajesh who has acted in more than 50 films. Though she was born into a Telugu family, her family was settled in Chennai long back. Popular comedian Sri Lakshmi is her aunt.
