GHMC Forces Tollywood Star To Demolish His House?
Nandamuri Balakrishna is one of the top actors of the Tollywood Industry. It is well known that his house is located at the starting point of Road No.45 of Jubilee Hills. The house was once the residence of late NTR.
Now, we hear that Balakrishna has decided to demolish his house because Vaastu changes are not working in his favor. Rumors also have it that GHMC officials have ordered Balakrishna to vacate the house, as the front portion of it would be demolished by them for road expansion.
NTR bought the land for Rs 9/square yard in the late 1970s. Two years ago, the GHMC officials ordered Balakrishna to vacate the house, but he hasn’t responded to the order, and as per the latest report, a flyover is proposed for construction in the same location that requires an expansion of the road.
Now that the actor has decided to get his house demolished, it is being heard that Balayya is thinking of building a big complex there. On the work front, Balakrishna will be next seen in upcoming action-drama Ruler, in the role of a ferocious cop. The movie features Vedhika and Sonal Chauhan in the female leads and is being directed by KS Ravikumar.
