Anasuya Warns Everyone Through A Post
We are aware of the news that actress turned Anasuya Bharadwaj was in the shock when she was first declared as a winner and then a loser the next day in the MAA elections. Anasuya, who had contested in the elections to become a Member of the Executive Council, then raised questions about the purity of the counting procedure after losing the polls.
Incidentally, the actress was shown to be leading by a big margin on Sunday and some Telugu channels had even declared her as the winner, however, when the final count of votes were counted, it turned out that she had lost the election.
After the defeat, she took to her Twitter and posted, “Yesterday they said Anasuya got a huge majority and now they are saying ‘lost’. What happened overnight? To count just 600 votes polled, what’s the need to postpone counting by a day? I don’t understand the logic.”
Yesterday, addressing the media, the actress warned that she will approach court if her name is dragged unnecessarily in controversies by opposition panels and she concluded it by saying that she is not interested on her name getting involved in controversies and lies.
On the other side, 11 members from Prakash Raj’ panel who won the elections, have resigned from the positions.
