Pakistan to release Indian Air Force pilot Abhinandan Varthaman today
Pakistan has decided to release Indian Air Force pilot Abhinandan Varthaman on Friday as a peace gesture. Abhinandan landed in Pakistan while retaliating the attack done by Pakistan air force on an Indian military base.
Pakistan PM said, “In our desire for peace, I announce that tomorrow, as a first step to open negotiations, Pakistan will be releasing the Indian Air Force officer in our custody".
The US has indeed played a key role when President Donald Trump told the world media from Hanoi that reasonably attractive news was coming from India and Pakistan.
Abhinandan despite being captured by Pakistan army has been calm, composed and dignified and told the Pak army only the details required to be told and refrained from speaking anything further. We are proud of our Wing Commander and we hope he comes back home safe today.
