Deliberate Attacks Hit Oil Tankers
The tension has soared in the region, which is already shaken by US and Iran standoff when two oil tankers of Saudi Arabia were damaged by a sabotaged attack in the Gulf. A warning and investigation were called by Tehran, for these alarming attacks, which disrupt the security.
Mike Pompeo, US Secretary of state, changed the meetings which he had planned. Mike was supposed to visit Moscow, instead, he headed to Brussels for the talks on Iran with European Officers.
In response to the threats, The United States have strengthened their military presences in the region, which includes deploying a number of strategic B-52 bombers.
The oil tankers which were attacked were on the way to cross into Arabian Gulf, they were in the exclusive economic zone of United Arab Emirates, of the cost of Emirates of Fujairah. Most of the Gulf oil exports pass through Strait of Hormuz, located on the Arabian Coast, in UAE from Fujairah port.
